This evening brings together the wines of Escarpment and Quartz Reef.

We are honoured to welcome Tim Bourne and Rudi Bauer, head winemakers of Escarpment and Quartz Reef, whose wines have become defining expressions of not only the respective regions, but also a benchmark in New Zealand wine industry.

Through a progression of paired dishes, this evening explores a dialogue between Martinborough and Central Otago. How the soil, the climate, the wind, the slopes and the sun are translated through wine. Conceived in harmony with the menu, each pairing is designed to reveal the tension, the texture and the concentration the place leaves behind in the wine.
