Bayleys Plate Up for a Purpose 2025

We’re proud to be part of Bayleys Plate Up for a Purpose 2025 — a month-long dining campaign in September 2025 that raises funds for the Christchurch City Mission’s Back to School programme. The initiative helps local tamariki start the school year with confidence by providing essentials like uniforms, shoes, and stationery.

Order our Lumina Lamb Roulade and we’ll donate $2 from every dish sold during the campaign straight to the cause. Dine well, do good — it’s that simple.

What is Plate Up for a Purpose?

Bayleys Plate Up for a Purpose brings together 50+ Canterbury venues each September. When guests order a participating dish, a contribution is made to Back to School — helping put shirts on backs, shoes on feet, and books in bags. Since launching in 2019, the campaign has raised over $600,000+, supporting hundreds of families across Canterbury.
